-No returns after 14 days
-All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in original condition of receipt.
-Box must be sealed and unopened.

-Customer is refund will be minus all shipping costs.

Accessory/Replacement Part Orders and Motor Kits
-Absolutely NO RETURNS after 30 days.
-To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and unopened in original packaging.
-Batteries and special orders are not eligible for returns.
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note, BIKE PERFORMANCE IS AN ESTIMATE AND SHOULD FALL IN THE EXPECTED BUT NOT EXACT RANGE, WITH NO GUARANTEE.s There are many factors that effect the actual range and speed of Samson eBikes. Conditions, speed, temperature and level of assist all effect the performance of the eBike.
PRE-ORDERS AND PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS and SPECIAL ORDERS
All pre-orders will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of expected ship date. ALL pre-orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are eligible for a 90% refund before shipment of order unless special orders. Special orders will NOT be refunded. Each special order is made especially for the specific customer and are FINAL SALE, no refunds or credits of any kind will be given for these orders. Pre-orders and special order items will be shipped when entire order is complete.
Refunds / Credits
We will email you and notify once your return has been received and inspected. Your credit will be automatically applied back to your original form of payment within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
